2 ounced LaBelle Winery Seyval Blanc White Wine
2 ounces Blood Orange Juice
1 ounce Good Quality Vodka
½ ounce Honey Simple Syrup
Blood Orange Quarters for Garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all of the ingredients. Cover shaker, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to blend ingredients and chill. In a martini glass, pour cocktail and garnish with blood orange and serve immediately.
For Honey Simple Syrup:
1/2 cup honey
½ cup water
Boil both ingredients in saucepan until honey is dissolved, 5 minutes or so. Allow to cool and store in a mason jar in refrigerator until needed.
