In a medium size sauce pan add drippings, LaBelle Winery Riesling Wine, garlic and herbs. Allow mixture to boil on medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until alcohol has burned out. With a wire whisk add in flour and whisk until mixture thickens. Once thickened add the butter, salt and pepper to taste. Serves 8.
