Ingredients:
2 Cups Ketchup
1/2 cup of seyval blanc wine
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Horseradish
1 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro (if dried, reduce to 1 tsp)
Sea salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and black pepper
