Ingredients

2 oz Jameson Whiskey

1 oz LaBelle Winery Riesling

3 slices of cucumber

1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur

3/4oz fresh lemon juice

3/4 oz honey simple syrup

Instructions

In a shaker, drop in two of the cucumber slices and muddle/mash them. Add remaining ingredients and then shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a wheel of fresh cucumber, cut beautifully.
